How can I view your online catalog?

Click here to submit a login request. We ask for your zip code to send you relevant information only.
You will receive a personal email reply from our studio within 1-2 business days with a link to set up an account to view our online catalog. You will also be signed up for our email newsletter when you request access to the catalog. You can unsubscribe anytime from the newsletter.
 

How can I purchase your jewelry?

Please go to our Retailers page and find the closest authorized Barbara Heinrich Studio retailer near you. Our retailers will be able to assist you with your order, questions, and special order requests. If there are no retailers within 30 miles of your location, please contact us directly so we may assist you with your order.
 

Can I order directly from your studio even if I live near a retail location that carries your work?

We work very closely with our retailers and deeply respect their dedication to providing you with excellent service. We will always direct customers to the gallery or retailer within a 30 mile radius.
Our retailers allow you to see a collection of our work in person, ask questions to knowledgeable staff, try on our designs and get sized appropriately. We strongly encourage you to become an appreciated customer of your nearesr Barbara Heinrich Studio galler
Many of our retailers often host Trunk Shows and Artist Appearances throughout the year, where you can meet Barbara Heinrich and see a more complete collection of her work as well as one of a kind pieces. Visit our events page and mark your calendar for upcoming shows. Most of our retailers will also gladly accept personal appointments during their Trunk Shows, for customers to meet with Barbara privately to design a custom piece.
 

What are your shipping options?

Barbara Heinrich Studio’s standard shipping is signature required USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail. Shipping alternatives are available for special circumstances.
 

 

WISH LIST

How do I add items to my Wish List?

The Wish List feature is accessible when you log in to your account. After logging in, your will be able to browse the online catalog. When you go to a product page, look for the heart near the title of the piece.

Click on the heart to add a piece to your wish list. A Red heart indicates that the selected item is in your wish list:


Click again to remove the item. An outlined heart indicates that the piece is not in your wish list:


Use the Wish List to save your favorite Barbara Heinrich Studio designs in one place to keep for yourself, share with a friend or loved one, or to show a retailer the items you are interested in. Prices are available upon request from your retailer.

Who can I share my Wish List with?

After creating your Wish List, click the "share wishlist" button at the top of the page, you will see a link to share the most up to date version of your Wish List. You can share with your partner if they need a hint, a friend who loves jewelry or with one of our retailer to assist you with your purchase.
You can also print your Wish List to save a copy before making any changes to your list. We recommend setting you printer's scale to 60% or print in Landscape mode for best results.
 

 

JEWELRY

Can you size your designs?

We can size most of our designs. Please contact your nearest retailer, or contact us directly if there are no retailers within 30 miles of your location.
 

Can you make a design in a metal or stone not shown in your catalog?

We work with 18 karat gold and platinum only. Many of our designs can be created in 18 karat white gold or rose gold upon request. We can set alternate stones or customers’ stones in many of our styles.
 

Can you work with my stones?

In certain cases, we can reset your special stones from other fine jewelry into one of Barbara Heinrich's designs. We can also set your previously purchased loose stones. We do not, however, accept customers’ small diamonds under ¼ carat or color stones that are under ½ carat and only work with natural stones. For colored gemstones, we prefer to see a receipt with description or a GIA certificate or equivalent. We recommend you work through one of our retailers to review your stones before contacting us.
 

Do you offer custom design services?

We can customize many of our existing styles to incorporate customers’ stones, to fit custom sizes or lengths, or to use special requested clasps, clips, and closures. Many of our pieces can be made with or without our tiny surface set diamonds by request, and we can also create most of our styles in platinum, 18kt white gold, or 18kt rose gold upon request.
We do not typically create custom designs that are not derived from our existing collections.
 

How do I take care of my Barbara Heinrich jewelry?

How do I submit a repair?

If you live close to the retailer where the piece was purchased, please bring it there for repair. The associates there will ship the piece to us and will handle all the necessary details. If you do not live within a reasonable distance to an authorized Barbara Heinrich Studio retailer, please contact us directly before shipping your piece.
 

What is your policy on sustainability and environmental responsibility?

Barbara Heinrich Studio uses ethically mined metals and conflict free stones. We do our best to be mindful of the materials we use in our jewelry so we can be a part of taking care of our planet.
 

How can I get my favorite gallery to carry your jewelry?

If you have a favorite gallery or fine jewelry store that you think would be a good fit for our work, please share our website with them and ask them to contact us.
