WEBSITE ACCOUNTS

Can I give my customers a login to your online catalog?

Our website has two types of accounts. A retail account and a wholesale account. Wholesale accounts have access to wholesale prices and purchasing features. Retail accounts can browse the catalog and create a wish list but will not be able to see prices or make a purchase through our website. To invite your customers to create their account, use the following web address:

Do not share your gallery’s unique login and password with your customers, as it will show them wholesale prices and your store’s order history.
 

What can our customers access when they create their account?

Your customers will be able to browse the catalog and create a wish list which they can share with you or their partner, family or friends. They will not be able to see prices or buy our work through our website. We have created a separate experience for your customers that will support your store's sales team.
 

How can I use your website to show your work to our customers?

We recommend you create a retail account with us that you can use to showcase our collection in your store.
You can also assist your customer in creating their account and putting together a wish list. You can then save the link to their wish list or print it out for your records. For best results, we recommend setting the printer scale to 60% or print in landscape format.
 

Can my customers see prices when they log in?

Our website is set up to hide prices and shopping cart options from retail customers. Only wholesale accounts can see pricing and place orders. All prices shown are wholesale prices.
We encourage our galleries to create a retail account for your gallery. Your sales staff can then use that account to show your curtomers other items in our collection.

TERMS

What it is your minimum wholesale purchase requirement?

Our minimum initial wholesale order requirement is 3 pieces or $5,000.00.
 

What payment terms do you offer?

Terms for initial wholesale orders are pro forma unless otherwise discussed with Barbara Heinrich. After the initial purchase, our standard terms for stock orders are Net 30. All special orders are due Net 15.
 

 

ORDERING ONLINE

What is the easiest way to inquire about a piece?

To request a price or ask a question about a specific piece, click on the Email us about this piece link on the product page.
If you would like to inquire about several pieces, add them to your cart as usual and submit your order request. If you would like a piece in a specific ring size or length, please write instructions in the Special Instructions window before adding the item to your cart.
 

How do I place an order through your website?

Browse our online catalog and explore all of our styles by collection, style or material. For any piece you would like to purchase for your store, add it to your wish list if you are not ordering the same day. If you are ready to order, add the piece to the shopping cart and click on "Submit Order Request".
You will receive an email confirmation right away with an image and details for each piece in your order request for your records.
We will contact you within 1 to 2 business days to confirm order details and give you updated prices based on current gold and platinum metal prices. You will be able to see your order request history when you log in to your account. This will make it easy to restock favorite items. Are prices shown wholesale prices?

Yes. All prices shown on the website are estimated wholesale prices based on average gold prices. When you submit an order request, we review and update all prices on your request. We then submit an invoice with updated prices.
We are not liable for pricing typos on the website.
 

How do I request a specific ring size or necklace length when ordering online?

You may add a note to a specific item directly from the product page. The note will be associated with that specific item so you may add notes to more than one item without confusion. This is the best option when adding multiple items in your order. If you are only ordering only one item, you may add a general note from your cart before you proceed to placing your order. This note will not be associated with your order.

Why do you need to update prices after I submit my order?

Please note that all prices listed on our online catalog are approximate. Current pricing will be provided with the confirmation of your order. Any style listed in our catalog with the "price available upon request" note will show a price of $0 when placing the order. These items require a quote request from our studio. Please contact our studio for current pricing on any item.
 

How long does it take to confirm my order after I place it online?

Our studio will confirm the receipt of your order and prices of pieces requested within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for your order to be delivered.
 

 

WISH LIST

How do I add items to my Wish List?

The Wish List feature is accessible when you log in to your account. After logging in, your will be able to browse the online catalog. When you go to a product page, look for the heart near the title of the piece.

Click on the heart to add a piece to your wish list. A Red heart indicates that the selected item is in your wish list:


Click again to remove the item. An outlined heart indicates that the piece is not in your wish list:

Use the Wish List to save your favorite Barbara Heinrich Studio designs in one place to keep for yourself, share with a friend or loved one, or to show a retailer the items you are interested in. Prices are available upon request from your retailer.
 

Can I add a special note to an item in my Wish List?

At this point our site is unable to save notes for items saved to your wish list. We suggest using the Email us about this piece link on the product page to send yourself an email with your note about a specific piece for future reference.
 

How can our client share their Wish List with our store?

After creating their wish list, your client can go to the wish list page and click the "share wish list" button. They will have to select the link and email it to your store. This wish list will be updated automatically if the customer makes any changes.
We recommend printing the Wish List to keep a record of any purchases made to avoid duplicates. Please set your printer's scale to 60% or print in Landscape mode for best results.
 

Can I use the Wish List to place an order?

You can save items to your wish list and either purchase them one by one or use the button "add list to cart" to purchase the entire list.
Please note that if you would like to add a note to a specific item, you will need to go click on the product name from your wish list, add your note in the Special Instructions box under the add to cart button and then add the item to the cart.
You may also add a general note from the cart when you place your order.
Items remain in your wish list after adding them to the cart. Items remain in the Wish List until manually removed or clearing the entire list.
 

 

MARKETING MATERIALS

How can I access images for marketing purposes?

Please visit our contact us page and use the form provided or email Terri directly to request access to our promotional materials. We can share our Dropbox link to our high resolution images with our retailers. We respond promptly during regular business hours (East Coast Time Zone).
 

Can I use images and text from your website for our marketing?

Please visit our contact us page and use the form provided or email Terri directly to request permission to use materials from our site. In some instances we may be able to provide PDFs, Word documents or higher resolution images. All images must me marked as "courtesy of Barabra Heinrich Studio". If you would like to use materials credited credited to a different source, please contact the source directly for permission.
 

 

SHIPPING, RETURNS & REPAIRS

What are your shipping options?

Barbara Heinrich Studio’s standard shipping is signature required USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail. Shipping alternatives are available for special circumstances.
 

What is your Return and Exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are agreed upon by Barbara Heinrich Studio and the buyer on an individual basis. We offer studio credit only. A 10% restocking fee may apply, with alternate percentages possible based on the condition of the jewelry.
 

Where do I send a piece to be repaired or sized?

If shipping via FedEx or UPS, please call our studio for the address.

Barbara Heinrich Studio uses ethically mined metals and conflict free stones. We are proud supporters of the The Diamond Development Initiative and members of Ethical Metalsmiths.

What do you do if a customer contacts you directly?

When a customer contacts us directly we always refer them to the nearest store within a 30 mile radius. We believe in supporting our retailers first and foremost.
